A: We take the protection of our clients' image rights seriously. To guarantee confidentiality, we offer a customizable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that is available to all our clients. If needed, we will sign this agreement even for working with test images to ensure that your rights are protected.

A: At our company, we provide a test job before working on your first project. This way, you can assess the quality of our work and be confident that we meet your expectations. You can even send us old images for the test job.
Moreover, if your agency or new client requires a specific type of image that we haven't worked on before, we are happy to do another test job to ensure we deliver the expected quality. This approach applies each time we encounter such a situation, guaranteeing that we always meet your needs. On another hand, if you are not satisfied with the end result, we will not charge for the project

A: We operate with a monthly payment system. One week after the end of the month, we will send you an invoice detailing the total amount of work completed during that period. Our services don't require any permanence commitments, and you can request one or more projects per month. We offer multiple payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal, and Payoneer. Regardless if you decide to go for a pay-per-image system or an e-commerce monthly pack, you will never pay before-hand.

A: Our company is based in Bangladesh. However, we operate globally using a remote system. This allows us to offer our clients a 24/7 editing service, ensuring shorter turnaround times.
